Learning of parts of dialect can be arranged into three levels: semantic, metalinguistic, and metalinguistic verbalization (Otto, 1982). Kids initially create information of dialect at a semantic level, or use level. This is the "know-how": having the capacity to utilize dialect in open settings. This phonetic level of dialect information can be reported in kids' obtaining of each of the five parts of dialect learning. Kids' capacity to well-spoken and segregate distinctive sounds and words when utilizing dialect to impart speaks to their etymological level of phonetic learning.
